Who we are

Native of France, I made the big move to the United States 24 years ago and 15 years in Alabama, where I had the wonderful opportunity to raise two amazing children. My favorite way to share my culture with them has always been through the delightful world of food. During the winter months, I held a cherished tradition of turning on some cheerful music and cooking crêpes for them, flipping the crêpes in the air with a bit of flair and laughter. As the years went by, I taught them the art of crêpe flipping, passing down the joy and excitement. Sharing food is deeply ingrained in my culture; it transcends mere nourishment, as it represents sharing special moments filled with joy and comfort. After working from home for several years, I yearned for the connection with people. Thus, I decided to embark on this new venture to share my culture and bring joy to everyone with La Galette. Crêpes are a wonderfully fun and versatile food that can please any palate, and I make a point to choose high-quality ingredients to offer a delicious and healthy treat to our lovely community.
